A short walk from the downtown core, this unassuming little butcher shop offers a wide variety of prepackaged items, such as locally made sausages, pates and baked goods as well as homemade caribou and reindeer hot dogs. Also tempting are traditional delicatessen salads and meats, which the sandwich corner uses in custom-made sandwiches that can be enjoyed on the limited tables inside or at picnic tables at the SS Klondike a few blocks away.
