Campground Overview
Cutty’s Resort is tucked away in the National Forest of the Rocky Mountains in Central Colorado (157 acres to be exact), located just under two hours southwest of Colorado Springs, and only an hour away from the world-famous Royal Gorge Bridge and Park.
No matter if you’re looking to bring your RV to our resort, host your next reunion in a beautiful town surrounded by forest, or you simply just need to get away with the family and stay in one of our luxurious cabins, we’ve got something for everyone.
Because of all of the amenities available at Cutty’s, we’re one of the few RV parks around that can truly be called a resort. We have fun activities for all ages. Many families tout Cutty’s as a yearly tradition spanning several decades.
Campers head to this campground every year to enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the mountain ranges and valleys, hike the challenging peaks and take in those panoramic views alongside elk, deer and small animals. With a number of ponds, game courts and trails within driving distance of the whitewater rafting, horseback riding, basketball, shuffleboard, tennis, and volleyball.
We offer a variety of amenities, all of which are included in your reservation. As soon as you check in, you’ll find that our staff is ready and able to accommodate your needs. We’re here to help you make memories that will last a lifetime.

We have indoor & outdoor pools, miniature golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, video games, and stunning views surrounding you at all times. We also serve meals in the Rec Hall on the weekend. And don’t miss bingo & karaoke on Saturdays!
Check In
Check In Time: 3PM | Upon arrival please stop at the gatehouse. We will give you your check-in packets, and someone will show you to your site. Cabins Check out time is 11am and RV and Tent sites check out time is 12pm

Rules
No Drones
No drones allowed in park.
Firearms/Fireworks
Fireworks, BB guns and sling shots are not permitted in the resort.
Clotheslines
No clotheslines are permitted at the resort.
No Hunting
Hunting is not permitted in the resort.
Respectful
Respect other guests and their property. Use roads and trails rather than cutting through sites.
Behavior
Pick up after yourself and those in your group. We have dumpsters located throughout the park for your convenience. We reserve the right to maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the park and have the right to eject without prior notice anyone who, in our judgment, creates a disturbance or nuisance, or deliberately breaks the rules. No refunds of fees will be made in such an event.
Washing
Car & RV washing is prohibited.
Landscaping
Do not cut down any trees or plants. Anyone destroying any property or trespassing shall be responsible for the damages and shall be evicted immediately.
Golf Carts
If you bring a golf cart, you are required to let us know before you arrive and provide proof of insurance. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to operate golf carts on our property under any circumstances.
Limit Driving
Please limit your driving to necessity. Most areas of the resort are a five-minute walk. ATVs, motorcycles, mini-bikes, motorized scooters, and any other recreational vehicles of this type are strictly prohibited.
Check in
All guests, including visitors not spending the night, must check in with staff and obtain a pass.
Speed Limit
Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the entire park.
Camping Site
1 camping unit per site, which means 1 trailer OR 1 tent per site.
Quiet Hours
Quiet time is 10:30 PM
