Park Rule/Regulation Offenses

a. Registered campers are responsible for general upkeep of their campsite and public areas, such as bathroom/laundry facilities, as a courtesy to their fellow campers and to help maintain the standards of the campground. Campers are responsible for their own toilet paper and other toiletries.

b. If management sees an offense made by the registered camper or receives a complaint by another camper(s), management will relay the complaint to the registered camper and have documentation of the offense and exchange. c. If a registered camper has 3 documented offenses with no attempt of change made, Margie’s RV Park has the right to request and enforce the camper to leave the property, with no refund. Camper(s) will have no more than 24 hours to leave the grounds.

e. Margie’s RV Park management has the right and the authority to call local authorities at their discretion if they feel the need due to a potentially dangerous visitor, camper, or illegal situation.

Relocation may be required to accommodate additional days. All extensions require prepayment of fees at time of site confirmation. These changes may be subject to cancellation penalties.

● In no case will occupancy of any campsite be extended to any user, without the presence of the registered primary renter of the site with a completed reservation process including payment of all fees in full.

● Camping in any manner is prohibited except at assigned, numbered sites in areas designated for camping. All camping equipment and associated materials must be located within the confines of the assigned site. You are responsible for your site’s appearance-keep it clean.
