Campground Overview
Located just outside of historic Saint Jo, Texas, escape the city to one of our country retreats and enjoy quiet days and star filled night skies. Relax in the country the duration of your stay or head into town and enjoy the best burger in North Texas at the Windmill Grill or some delicious BBQ and live music at Red River Station. Take a scenic drive to the vineyards in Saint Jo and enjoy the beautiful hillside views with a glass of wine. Be sure to make reservations for dinner at Prime Cut in Montague and find a treasure to take home at one of our area shops and boutiques.
Check In
Check In Time: 3PM | For early or late check-in accommodations, please contact the campground directly. RV site reservations may arrive by noon rather than 3 PM.

Rules
Indemnity and Waiver of Liability
Customer shall indemnify & hold Owner harmless from & against any & all claims, demands, costs & expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner & /or customer actions or inactions (or those of their employees, agents, or invitees), or any other related to Customer's use or occupation of the RV site, regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Campground parties.
Terms and Conditions
RV/Camper is defined as having a kitchen and/ or bathroom facility, toy haulers are considered an RV. Reservations are non-shareable, only one RV per site. Reservations are transferable and a $10 transfer fee applies. A new reservation is required to arrive earlier or stay later than the allowed arrival or departure dates on your reservation. No credit or refund is given for early departure. Summers’ Place staff is permitted to visit your site at any time. MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR LOSS FROM ANY CAUSE. Summers’ Place will not tolerate any onerous, noxious or offensive activity of any sort that could interrupt and/or adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facilities. In the event of such onerous, noxious or offensive activity, in the judgment of management, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the park immediately, without a refund. All guests are required to follow all of Summers’ Place rules. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any guest who violates park rules may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Safety
Firearms & fireworks are not allowed in the RV park.
Theft of Service Law
ACCORDING TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 31:04 (b), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV or a furnished lodging under a HOST/GUEST Arrangement. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICES LAW". This is not a landlord tenant agreement. Failure to pay on time or to follow park rules will result in your being asked to leave immediately without a refund or prior notice.
Fire Policy
We will post burn ban signs if there are any. Campfires must be done in designated areas.
Pets
Pets must be on a leash at all times. To avoid disturbing your neighbors, please restrain your pet from aggressive behavior and barking. Please clean up after your pets immediately.
Quiet Hours
Quiet time is 11pm to 7am.
Speed Limit
Park speed limit is 10 MPH.
Trash Policy
All trash must be put in dumpster when leaving the RV Park.
