This property is slipping and it's quality. My family and I have stayed here over the past 4 years as we travel to and from Colorado because our kids are enrolled in college in Colorado and we live in North Texas. The towels in the hotel are becoming ragged, and all of the bathtubs are worn and moldy. This is from staying in numerous rooms. The cause is likely the fact that the hotel is frequented by itinerant workers on contract road construction projects or other such endeavors. Unfortunately this type of clientele has taken its toll on the hotel. After my last visit my wife indicated that we should find another place to stay. Sad because I used to enjoy staying at this particular La Quinta.
Hotel now charges an additional $25 for pets. Nothing on the website about this. You only find out when you show up.
