My first room had multiple bugs, presumably roaches. I moved to another room, which had dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, 1/4 toilet paper roll with no second, no hair dryer, broken lamps and a broken tv. The hotel seems to be completely unmanaged. The staff were helpful finding me a second room and providing needed amenities upon my request.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We wished the breakfast was a little more substantial, but the sit-down dining area was comfortable and we appreciated being able to grab a quick bite and coffee before we headed out.
