Quality Inn Savannah

The light over one of the bed stands would not turn on, and there were stains on the bed cover/runner that made it appear dirty. The bed was curved with so much wear that the foot area is higher than the head area. The coffee maker had a half-dollar sized chip on the top, exposing the water heating element, and the old coffee in the filter had not been cleaned out. The ceiling over the shower was peeling off/water damaged, and most of the fixtures in the bathroom were showing many signs of rust, stains, or chips. In the morning when we tried to have tea with the complimentary breakfast, there was plenty of water in the heated carafe labeled "hot water," but it was cold. The staff member that I checked out in the morning with was friendly and made note of the broken items. The staff member the previous night did not share key information like checkout time, breakfast hours, gave us one key although we registered as two adults staying in the room, and the bill folio email that she said she sent never came through that evening. There were what appeared to be broken appliances and boxes under the stairs in the breezeway leading to the ice/laundry facility, and one of the two ice machines was out of order.
