This casually elegant steakhouse is known for its Prime cuts of Certified Angus Beef that is dry aged at the restaurant. A Japanese flair is influenced into the menu items. The open grill kitchen allows guests to watch the chefs prepare their unique creations. Their specialty is Wagyu (Japanese beef) from various prefectures, such as Miyazaki and Kagoshima. The texture and richness is nothing like western beef.
