This swanky steakhouse brings a touch of fine dining to downtown Carmel. Set on two floors and encased in floor to ceiling glass windows and brick walls, it boasts an equally upscale menu. The menu features top quality beef cuts including prime Black Angus, Masami Ranch Wagyu and grass-fed beef. Also featured is a variety of seafood dishes including seared jumbo scallops topped with fermented chorizo and set atop creamy, cheesy polenta. The hand-selected wine list pairs with all options.
