Information Collection Where possible, we collect the e-mail address of each visitor to our website, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit while in the AAA Ohio Auto Club web site, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit while in the site, and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. AAA Ohio Auto Club conducts online customer satisfaction surveys to help drive our website improvements. Participation in our surveys is always optional. Furthermore, any question you do not want to fill in can be left blank as you proceed through the questionnaire. Other Contact Information AAA Ohio Auto Club members may access the contact information we have on file (physical address, email address, phone number) by registering or logging in to our site, or by contacting the nearest AAA Ohio Auto Club store. AAA Ohio Auto Club primary members may change or update this information either online in the “My Account” area of the site or by contacting the nearest AAA Ohio Auto Club store. AAA Ohio Auto Club members and non-member guests of our site may also “opt-in” or “opt-out” of e-mail marketing programs through the “My Account” area of the site.
