What is a AAA membership?

What is the free Year of AAA offer for T-Mobile customers?

T-Mobile is the exclusive wireless provider for AAA. With that, active T-Mobile and Sprint postpaid customers can get a 1-year AAA membership with Basic/Classic AAA benefits or Renewal On Us (average $60 value), with all of the accompanying AAA benefits. Visit for details. If you choose AAA Plus or AAA Premier benefits, we’ll cover the Basic/Classic portion

of your benefits, and you’ll just pay the difference.

How do I redeem my 1 year of AAA Basic/Classic benefits?

T-Mobile or Sprint customers can follow these steps to redeem the offer:

  1. Visit
  2. Enter your T-Mobile or Sprint mobile number.
  3. Log in with your T-Mobile or Sprint ID.
  4. Read the terms and conditions, and continue.
  5. Fill in your personal information, and continue.
  6. After successful submission, you will see a link that will redirect you to AAA and then prompt you to either apply the Year On Us for your current AAA membership or enroll in a new membership with your local AAA club.  

Who is eligible for this offer?

To be eligible for this offer, you must be a new or existing AAA member and a T-Mobile or Sprint customer on a qualifying plan. Eligible T-Mobile plans Magenta, Magenta MAX, Magenta 55+, Magenta MAX 55+, Magenta First Responders, Magenta MAX First Responders, Magenta Military, Magenta MAX Military, One, One Plus, Magenta and Magenta Deaf or Hard of Hearing, Magenta Amplified, Business Unlimited Advanced, Business Unlimited Ultimate, Magenta for Business, and Magenta MAX for Business rate plans. T-Mobile for Business eligibility is limited to the sole owner of a business with up to 12 voice lines.

Eligible Sprint plans include Unlimited Plus, Unlimited Premium, Unlimited 55+ Premium, Unlimited 55+ Plus, Military Plus, Military Premium, Unlimited Freedom with Plus Up feature, Unlimited for All, Deaf or Hard of Hearing/Visually Impaired rate plans.

How do I know if I’m on a qualifying rate plan?

Once you submit your registration, we’ll verify your account status and eligibility. If you’re approved, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page.

What if I am already a AAA member?  

No problem, you are eligible too: We will cover your next Basic or Classic renewal payment! This offer covers the primary household member as long as you remain on an eligible T-Mobile rate plan at the time of your AAA membership renewal. If you are a AAA Plus or AAA Premier member, the Basic/Classic portion of your benefits will be covered, and you’ll just pay the difference.

Can I upgrade my AAA membership to AAA Plus or AAA Premier?

Yes, T-Mobile will cover the Basic/Classic portion of your benefits, and you’ll just pay the difference.

Do I have to provide a credit card?

The enrollment process will require a valid credit card and signing up for Auto Pay so AAA can keep your card on file. You will only be charged once your free year is complete and your first annual renewal starts for your Basic/Classic benefits. Don’t worry, AAA will remind you prior to your year ending and before your renewal.

What if my code or URL doesn’t work?

If you're having trouble obtaining your code or have questions about your eligibility and are a T-Mobile-branded customer, dial 611 from your handset or call 1-800-937-8997. If you’re a Sprint-branded customer, dial 611 from your handset or call 1-888-211-4727.

Can I cancel my AAA membership at any time?

Yes! But keep in mind that as a T-Mobile customer, you’ll be covered for free for a full year after redeeming offer.

How many times can I redeem this offer?

The offer can be claimed once per T-Mobile or Sprint account and primary AAA member.

Can I combine this offer with another promotion?

Absolutely! This offer is combinable with most of our service and device promotions. See terms and conditions for exceptions.

What if someone on my account already redeemed this offer? Can I share my AAA membership with my family?

This offer is limited to 1 (one) redemption per T-Mobile or Sprint account and primary AAA member. Share AAA benefits with your family by adding associate members at a reduced price. Visit for more details about associate memberships.
