Picture-postcard views greet travelers along Drovers Trail Scenic Byway (SR 147) in southeastern Ohio’s “Hill Country.” In the early 1800s, farmers drove their livestock eastward along this route toward the markets in Baltimore. Today the byway is marked by gently sloping hills, small farms and ivy-laced barns.
