Once a busy river port, Newburgh now offers historic charm set against the backdrop of the sparkling Ohio River. Densely forested hillsides line SR 66 as you enter the southern part of Hoosier National Forest. At the eastern end of this drive, a pullout offers a place to stop and enjoy a scenic view of the river and surrounding hills.
