Vast prairies surround SR 120 and roll toward the distant Absaroka mountains as you begin your journey south of Cody. The byway crosses the sparkling Greybull River as you enter Meeteetse. Founded in 1890, this charming Old West town still has many of its old hitching posts and wooden boardwalks. The drive ends at Thermopolis, named for its numerous hot springs.
