About HazletonThe first seven miles of the Greater Hazleton Rails to Trails follows old rail bed—the 1842 Delaware Susquehanna and Schuylkill line—on SR 93 (E. Broad St.) and includes picnic areas, benches, flowers and plants.
The Greater Hazleton Historical Society & Museum, 55 N. Wyoming St., is open by appointment and contains exhibits relating to Native Americans, the mining and railroad industries, music, sports, the military and the life of native son, actor Jack Palance.
