More About
Lake Buena Vista, FL

About Lake Buena Vista Although claiming only a handful of fulltime residents, Lake Buena Vista is home to tens of thousands of temporary citizens—also known as tourists—on any day of the year thanks to its status as host community to the Walt Disney World® Resort. With its sprawling, meticulously planned theme parks and family-friendly hotels, Lake Buena Vista definitely lives up to its Spanish name, offering visitors “good views” that have been preserved in countless vacation photos. The name comes from the street in Burbank, Calif., where Walt Disney's animation studios have been since the early 1940s.

Disney Tickets

Parking and PetsThe entrance road leads to parking. The $25 ($30 for camper) fee allows standard parking at any of the four theme parks for that entire day; parking is free for Disney resort guests with valid resort ID. Free tram service connects the parking area with the Ticket and Transportation Center, Epcot®, Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Transportation also is available to all guest areas. AdmissionsCustomize your Disney vacation by selecting the ticket options that best match your budget, needs and preferences. Magic Your Way®, the Walt Disney World® Resort ticket pricing structure, allows you to customize your theme park tickets to fit your needs. Plus, tickets include Disney FastPass+ service, which lets you reserve access to select attractions and entertainment experiences in advance at no extra cost. It's as easy as "1,2,3."

1. Choose up to 10 days.

A Magic Your Way Base Ticket is valid for one theme park per day. For each day of your ticket, you'll gain admission to one of the four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks. Essentially, the longer you visit, the less you will pay per day.

2. Add Options.

The Park Hopper® Option allows guests to come and go as you please through multiple Theme Parks on the same day for each of your ticket.

The Park Hopper® Plus Option adds Disney fun beyond just the parks. Visit more than one theme park per day, plus get a certain number of visits—based on the length of the ticket purchased—to one of the following: Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course, Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course, Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Phone ahead to confirm schedules, additional fees, reservations, and weather or seasonal closures.
