About MarysvilleIn 1877 James P. Comeford built a trading post on Ebey Slough and thus founded the town of Marysville. One of the earliest logging locomotives was built here in 1883. The Tulalip Indian Reservation, established in 1855, is the site of the oldest Roman Catholic mission on Puget Sound.
