Mason Dixon Distillery

This craft distillery, set in a former furniture factory, prides itself on its seasonal scratch menu of creative spins on comfort food. In additional to standards like a made-to-order mac and cheese and a whiskey-glazed pork belly báhn mì, options may include dishes like jambalaya, chicken tacos or shrimp and grits. Much of the menu is devoted to shareables, like braised short rib-topped poutine and various dips to pair with pita or tortillas. The distillery produces corn whiskey, vodka and two kinds of rum in small batches, and they're often incorporated into the recipes for the food. Of course, you can also sample them in one of their many creative cocktails.
