The trendy, industrial-chic spot is popular for good reason. The focus is on creative dishes composed daily with sustainable ingredients sourced within Florida. Charcuterie, cheese boards and starters, such as ham and cheddar beignets and tuna tartare make for a good start. The pork porterhouse and the wild Alaskan halibut with spaghetti squash are sure satisfiers. End sweetly with a dessert such as Lemon curd or dark chocolate Panna cotta. The restaurant opens for lunch as well on Saturdays.
