German Village Society/David Phalen
AAA Editor Notes
German Village is off I-70 exit 100B, then 1 mi. s. to 588 S. 3rd St. Originally established in the 1800s by German-speaking settlers, the restored 19th-century community of charming brick cottages and streets houses 233 acres of houses, parks, gardens, shops and restaurants. Within striking distance of the Ohio Statehouse and the state Supreme Court, this former working-class community has been gentrified and is now a neighborhood of lawyers and lobbyists. Various guided walking tours are available; phone for information.

Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
