MOCA Grand Avenue, 250 S. Grand Ave. at California Plaza, houses international works, including paintings, sculptures and installations, from the 1940s to the present. The building, designed by Arata Isozaki in 1986, is considered a work of art. The museum operates two other facilities: The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA, near Little Tokyo at 152 N. Central Ave; and MOCA Pacific Design Center at 8687 Melrose Ave. in West Hollywood.
