This is a must when visiting Vallarta, mostly for its unique riverside atmosphere. You'll dine on one of several open-air terraces overlooking a small tropical waterfall. The canopy adventures operate from here, so there's always lots of action to watch while you eat. The menu lists fresh, home-style Mexican fare, plus barbecue ribs and meat, grilled fish and other seafood items. The homemade guacamole is worth the visit alone.
