Bow Habitat Station is at 1440 17A St. S.E. in Pearce Estate City Park. Located along the Bow River, the site features a fish hatchery where six species of trout are raised, 8.5 hectares (21 acres) of interpretive wetland, a discovery center and a trout pond. The Discovery Centre educates visitors about fish management, aquatic ecosystems and Alberta's wetlands through both interactive exhibits and aquariums that shelter a variety of local fish species. Highlights include a large model outlining the anatomy of a fish, an exhibit that explores the cycle of water and the 40-minute film “Wet Alberta.”

A stocked fish pond is available for children to experience catch-and-release fishing. Interpretive trails allow for exploration of Pearce Estate Park Wetland. Guided tours of the Sam Livingston Fish Hatchery, one of the largest fish hatcheries in North America, are available.

Guided tours are available. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
