Historic Markerville Creamery Museum is off hwys. 781 and 592 at 114 Creamery Way. Begun by 34 Icelandic farmers as a cooperative in 1899 and in operation until 1972, the creamery has been restored to depict the operation as it was in the 1930s. Costumed guides offer tours. Special events are scheduled throughout the year.
