Jacksonport Courthouse Museum is in Jacksonport State Park, .8 mi. n. at 205 Avenue St., between SR 69 and the White River. This building dates from 1872. Museum tours offer a look back in history at the steamboat town of Jacksonport. Artifacts and exhibits interpret the use and operation of the courthouse in the 1800s as well as the life of the local citizens.
