Devil's Den State Park is 17 mi. s.w. on SR 170. The park encompasses 2,000 acres in a rugged, scenic valley of the Ozark Mountains. The park contains Devil's Den Cave, Farmer's Cave and the Devil's Ice Box, where the temperature never rises above 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Displays about the geology of the caves are available at the visitor center at the intersection of SRs 170 and 74. Interpretive programs also are offered.
