Mohave Museum of History and Arts is off I-40 exit 48 .25 mi. s.e. to 400 W. Beale St. (US 93). Collections of turquoise, re-created Mohave and Hualapai dwellings and local artifacts and artwork depict the history of northwest Arizona. Other exhibits feature Andy Devine memorabilia, Lawrence Williams' portraits of presidents and first ladies and Mohave County ranching history. A re-created copper mine outfitted with original mining equipment depicts miners at work. A 1923 all-wood caboose also is on display.
