Enjoy al fresco dining while perched on a dramatic bluff overlooking the sea. The menu is comprised of Mediterranean fare, which is elegantly presented. The made-from-scratch chicken tortilla soup is a must-try starter topped with diced avocado, tomato and panela cheese. Sautéed Pacific sea bass, homemade fettuccine, and roasted pork chops in a seared foie gras reduction are only a few examples of the excellent fare. The restaurant name translates to "water" in Spanish. Therefore they carry an outstanding water list featuring some of the best bottled waters from around the world. Upon arriving at the resort, guests are offered a golf cart ride or they can walk through the winding jungle-like garden paths to the restaurant. Guests can then choose to sit in the palapa-style dining room enhanced by the Mexican-tiled fireplace, or in an open-air courtyard around a fountain, or at one of the umbrella-topped tables set along a bluff with a view of the rugged coastline.
