AAA Editor Notes
Codrington College is on Sargeant St. overlooking Consett Bay. The site of the college originally was a plantation owned by Sir Christopher Codrington, former governor general of the Leeward Islands. Founded in 1745, this is one of the oldest seminaries in the Western Hemisphere. The wooded grounds offer a spectacular view of Consett Bay on the east coast.
