Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens is at 415 Avenida Granada. Built in 1927, this Spanish Colonial Revival house was home to San Clemente founder Ole Hanson. Now a cultural center, the site hosts changing art exhibitions and a wide range of music, dance, theater, history, horticulture and family programs. Exhibits detail the history of the home, San Clemente and Southern California with displays of maps, photos, newspaper clippings and other documents.
Gardens filled with native plants and fountains overlook the Pacific Ocean.
