Filoli is off I-280 via Edgewood Rd. to Cañada Rd. This country estate was built over a 2-year period beginning in 1915 for prominent San Franciscans Mr. and Mrs. William B. Bourn II. The property includes a beautiful, 16-acre formal English Renaissance garden. The elegant, Georgian-style house is decorated with a large collection of 17th- and 18th-century English antiques. Docent-led nature hikes and orchard walks are offered.
