This family owned and operated restaurant calls itself "The best little rib house in the desert," and ribs are definitely on the menu. But the kitchen turns out a variety of offerings, including burgers, sandwiches, sizzling steaks and finely honed comfort foods—listed as house favorites—like pork chops, fried chicken and meat loaf. Can't decide? Build your own combo plate, served with two sides, cornbread and a light and creamy honey butter. Desserts include a smooth traditional cheesecake and a sweet peach cobbler.
