Long on my bucket list, securing a reservation can be a daunting task, but leads to a wondrous dining experience with a menu that changes every day.
AAA Inspector Notes
Chef Thomas Keller has created a distinctive dining experience in the midst of Napa Valley wine country. The old stone farm house has been delightfully outfitted for an intimate outing with just a few more than a dozen tables. The meal might include delectable morsels such as sesame cornets with smoked salmon, Elysian Fields Farm lamb chops with Belgian endive gratin and Hen-of-the-Woods mushrooms. Finish with such delights as sorbet, truffles, pralines and cappuccino macaroons—brought to you with elegant, polished service by the waitstaff. Reservations are taken up to 2 months in advance. Open for lunch Friday through Sunday. For large parties of eight or more, patio dining is available in the summer, weather permitting.
