Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum

Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum is .25 mi. e. on 1st Ave., then s. on Roslyn St. to 7711 E. Academy Blvd. (Hangar No. 1 on the former Lowry Air Force Base). Colorado's official air and space museum displays more than three dozen historic aircraft and space vehicles.

Included are one of only four B-1A bombers ever built, a B-18 Bolo, five Century series fighters and a Star Wars™ X-Wing fighter. Aviation memorabilia as well as exhibits about the science of flight and Lowry history are featured.
