AAA Editor Notes
Four Corners Monument, about 35 mi. s.w., is the only place in the country where four states meet. The juncture of Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico is marked by a monument bearing each state’s seal. The original marker erected in 1912 was a simple concrete pad but is now made of granite and brass. The visitor center features a demonstration center with Navajo artisans. Navajo vendors sell their wares near the site.

Picnicking is permitted.
