Fort Uncompahgre

Fort Uncompahgre, n. on US 50, then n. on Gunnison River Dr. to Confluence Dr., is a history museum consisting of seven re-created cabins on the banks of the Gunnison River. The fort depicts the original 1830s-era civilian trading post.
