In a 1923 train depot adjacent to Coors Field, this place carries out a railroad theme in its dining room. When the casually upscale LoDo hot spot is busy, which is often, the restaurant can get noisy. Watch the activity in the open kitchen as the chefs whip up contemporary dishes, including flavorful tenderloin tips with mushrooms, in addition to various cuts of beef, lamb and pork, and wood-oven pizzas, chicken and salads. Beers brewed on site provide just the right refreshment. Start your meal with the Chophouse sampler, an appetizer that serves four and includes shrimp, calamari, onion rings, chicken tenders and grilled portobello mushrooms, and end it with a made-in-house dessert. Saturday brunch is available.
