AAA Editor Notes
Thomas Lee House is off I-95 exit 72 on the Rocky Neck Connector, then .5 mi. e. to 228 W. Main St. Built about 1660, the house is an excellent example of early Colonial architecture and is furnished in period. Many articles date 1670-1800. It is said to be Connecticut's oldest frame house left in its original state. A Colonial herb garden is behind the house; next door is the well-preserved Little Boston School, dating from 1734. An exhibit describes Ezra Lee's service during the Revolutionary War aboard the Turtle, said to be the first American submarine.

Picnicking is permitted.
