Billie Swamp Safari

Billie Swamp Safari, 19 mi. n. of I-75 (Alligator Alley) exit 49 at CR 833 and W. Boundary Rd., gives 20-minute airboat adventure tours and 60-minute “swamp buggy” ecotours of the Florida Everglades and 2,200-acre Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation. Views of such wildlife as panthers, alligators, birds, razorback hogs and deer are common. Venomous snake and swamp critter shows are given daily. Daylong and nighttime safaris, overnight stays in a Chickee hut and exclusive tours also are offered.
