Gumbo Limbo Nature Center

Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, 1 mi. n. of Palmetto Park Rd. on SR A1A, features sea turtles, stingrays and native fish in four large outdoor tanks. A rehabilitation center provides insight into the treatment of sick and injured sea turtles. Also offered is a butterfly garden and a variety of habitats, including tropical hardwood hammock and mangrove wetlands that can be seen from a boardwalk.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
