AAA Inspector Notes
The owner/chef is a Vietnamese refugee who was rescued by the Sealand cargo ship when he and his family were adrift at sea. He subsequently named his restaurant after this vessel as a tribute and reminder of new beginnings. A wide range of seafood, steak and pasta dishes are offered on the menu along with a few Asian selections. The atmosphere is intimate and elegant. Service is elevated and refined. Some tables are located in the bar area, for a more casual dining experience.
