AAA Editor Notes
Key West Aquarium, at the foot of Whitehead St. on Mallory Sq., was one of the first open-air aquariums when it opened in 1934. Fish, shark and turtle feedings take place daily, and a touch tank lets visitors interact with the marine life. Guests can touch and feed baby stingrays at Stingray Bay. Re-creating a shoreline environment, the Atlantic Shores exhibit features a 50,000 gallon display with birds, turtles and tropical and game fish.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
