This culinary adventure includes sumptuous delights that define indulgence. My top two are the buttery Sablefish and the Peruvian chocolate crunch.
AAA Inspector Notes
This is Disney's finest restaurant with luxurious, intimate surroundings that complement the personalized service and extensive wine list. The dinner menu offers an ever-changing culinary adventure through 10 exquisite courses. Chef Scott Hunnel creates meticulous and incredibly delicious contemporary cuisine which reflects both American and International influences and uses the finest ingredients available. The coffee and tea presentations are extraordinary. In addition to the main dining room, the Chef's Table, which is located in the kitchen, and the smaller Queen Victoria Room are both available for dining. This is a long dinner of 3-4 hours or more, so settle in to the classically styled plush dining room and be soothed by the gentle sound of a live harpist. No detail is overlooked by the doting staff who will guide and pamper you throughout the evening. Wine lovers will appreciate the extensive list, or the expert pairings for each course. You can even select special bottled waters from around the globe. This is a true dining experience.
