AAA Editor Notes
Villa Zorayda Museum, 83 King St., features Moorish architecture reminiscent of Spain's Alhambra Palace. The palatial residence was built of coquina and Portland cement in the 1880s by Franklin Smith and includes arches, columns, traceries and an interior courtyard as well as extensive collections of antiques, art and furnishings from the previous owners. Smith introduced the coquina construction method that was later used by Henry Flagler for his St. Augustine hotels. Audio tours are available in English, Spanish and French. Docent-led candlelight tours are available during the Christmas holidays.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
