Hills & Dales Estate is off I-85 exit 18 to SR 109 (LaFayette Pkwy.), 3 mi. to SR 219 (Morgan St.) and 1 mi. on Broad St. to 1916 Hills & Dales Dr. This 1916 Italian villa with 30 rooms was the home of textile magnate Fuller E. Callaway Sr. Historic Ferrell Gardens, a highlight of the 35-acre estate grounds, includes extensive boxwood plantings, fountains, an herb garden and a greenhouse. A 14-minute film is offered.
