Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center

Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center, part of Callaway Gardens at 15880 SR 18, occupies 4.5 acres within Meadowlark Gardens. Exotic plants provide a home for more than 1,000 tropical butterflies representing nearly 100 species in the center's octagonal, dome-shaped conservatory. The grounds surrounding the conservatory include plantings designed to attract native butterflies and birds A film documenting the life cycle of the butterfly and interactive exhibits are available within the center.
