A bit on the outskirts of the city, this family-owned Japanese restaurant provides a mixture of relaxed and formal experiences. Diners can choose from teppanyaki tables, a sushi bar or traditional dining room service. Teppanyaki tables provide good theatrics as the chef displays his cooking talents. Select ingredients flavor such dishes as yakitori, tempura, sushi, sashimi and varied noodles. However, my favorites are the succulent pork Kakuni and the colorful Chirashi.
