Amicalola Falls State Park

Amicalola Falls State Park is at 280 Amicalola Falls State Park Rd. The 829-acre park features a cascading waterfall—said to be the tallest east of the Mississippi River. Recreational activities include hiking, picnicking and fishing. A visitor center provides nature displays and live exhibits. Interpretive programs also are offered.

Pet friendly (call for restrictions/fees.). Recreational activities are permitted. Camping is permitted. Food is available. Time: Allow 4 hours minimum.
