A Southern ambience is evident in this converted Second French Empire-style mansion circa 1873 that's furnished with period antiques from area estates and features a hand illustrated wall covering. This inn is adorned with Empire, Eastlake and Renaissance Revival antiques and is located in the residential district on one of the famous squares across from the Cathedral of St John the Baptist. Breakfast is a highlight and switches daily from a sweet to a savory entree. The chef is happy to accommodate a dietary need with advance notice.
