I believe this is the perfect place for a wedding; they have a magnificent formal ballroom, a spa, fine dining and even a bowling alley nightclub.
AAA Inspector Notes
This hotel has a unique, colorful décor in its guest rooms and yet a very classic, formal ballroom. Some rooms have hot tubs and kitchenettes, and all the bathrooms have TVs in the mirrors. You will also note a Presidential Seal beside the restaurant's menu listing of its signature cinnamon-brined grilled Iowa pork chops. This is because President Obama stayed at the property, and when he dined in the restaurant, he loved this dish so much that he requested the recipe be forwarded onto his personal chef at the White House. Don't miss either the original stained-glass skylight in the lobby or the bowling alley nightclub.
Smoke free premises. 130 units, some two bedrooms and kitchens. 11 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
